Ma Justina Kokugonza was a humble rural grandmother whose quiet strength, compassion, and unwavering dedication to family and community left a lasting legacy that continues to inspire change today.
Her life in Busingo Sub-Village was defined by a belief in the power of care and education to shape the future. She played a central role in raising leaders, providing holistic care that went far beyond basic survival, creating foundations for dreams to grow even where resources were scarce.
BIBI CARE was established in 2024 to honor her spirit. We work to transform rural livelihoods, ensuring that her light continues to shine across all regions of Tanzania by focusing on health, education, and social support for those who need it most.
1. Health & Dignity
We believe that health is the foundation of a good life. We teach girls about menstrual health, provide sanitary pads, and raise awareness about reproductive health. Our goal is simple: to ensure everyone can make informed choices about their bodies with dignity and confidence.
2. Education for All
No child should miss school because they lack the basics. We support children from poor families by providing school materials, scholarships, and creative spaces. We are opening doors for the next generation to realize their biggest dreams.
3. Earth & Livelihood
Rural life is connected to the land. We promote farming methods that protect the environment and help communities stay strong even when the climate changes. By caring for the earth, we ensure long-term survival for everyone.
4. Culture & Sports
We use culture and sports to bring people together. By creating safe spaces for recreation, football, and arts, we help young people develop their talents and strengthen the bond of the community.
